great location , but air conditioning issues persisted

I enjoyed the fantastic city view from my room, which added a nice touch to my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond, even moving me to a more comfortable suite when I had HVAC problems. I appreciated their willingness to help, making my experience overall positive despite the initial setbacks.

Upon entering, the room reeked of cigarettes and alcohol, which was a big turnoff. Stains marred the sofa, curtains, and lamp, dragging down the overall appeal. The interior of the toilet appeared neglected, and the breakfast experience was lackluster, compounded by unnecessary questions about access. Additionally, the hot water maintenance situation forced an inconvenient room change mid-stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Shilla in Seoul. The spacious room and modern facilities really impressed me. The location near Gangnam allowed easy access to everything. The thin walls were a bit distracting, but overall, my experience was quite positive.

The modern facilities were a delight, especially the spacious room and the small gym. I appreciated the helpful transportation options nearby. Checked in early, no problem—loved being able to settle in right away!

Nice staff, but got room issues

Stayed for 4 nights, and it was a mix, to be honest. The staff were super friendly and helped me out when my A/C wasn't working, they even moved me to a suite without me asking. But the cleaning was a bust. I never got my room cleaned despite asking. The bar area was chill for grabbing a drink though.

Attentive personnel made the stay enjoyable, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast featured delicious bread, though the selection of vegetables was limited. The location was easy to reach with nearby shops and restaurants, offering convenience for dining options.

Business travelers beware

So, I had this room with several universal plugs, which was a lifesaver , didn't have to worry about adaptors at all. And when I needed a mobile phone charger, they lent one right out from the front desk without a hitch.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.
